Faceless.

Mask your content with a realistic AI face.
Safe. Private. Captivating.

14,800+ AI masks made by 5,900+ creators

It holds.

Whatever you shoot, however you move.

Yes, that too ;)
After reading some mixed reviews I decided to give the app a try and I’m so glad I did! The tutorial does take a while and it’s not cheap, but given how much extra I’m now earning for my content it’s well worth the time and effort…

How it works

Three taps. No editing skills. No AI skills.

  1. Make your mask

One selfie, then tell it what to change in plain words: “rounder face, lighter eyes, a bit older”. Unlimited masks.

  2. Shoot like you always do

Any camera. Good light, clear view of your face.

  3. Mask up, close the app

A few minutes per photo, about 30 minutes per minute of video. We notify you when it’s ready.

Setting this up for your partner?

About half our customers start that way. One account, a mask for each person, and they only touch the app when it’s time to shoot.

There is an iPhone app called Pseudoface, that does exactly what you describe: it hides your face but makes it look real. The developer is great, small team but they are very responsive.

This app is amazing and innovative. I use it to remain anonymous online with my content creation. The developers are so nice and responsive. … I had an issue and the developer addressed it immediately. Now the app works perfect! Great work!!

Is it safe?

Yes. Keeping you anonymous is the only way we make money.

Nobody who knows you will recognise you.

Not your boss, your family or your ex. The mask is baked into the file: your real face isn’t in what you publish, so there’s nothing to un-blur, reverse or leak.

  • Every mask is AI-generated

Not a real person. You never borrow anyone else’s face.

  • Encrypted, stored in the EU

In transit and at rest. Never linked to your identity, never sold.

  • Yours until you delete it

Delete any file, or everything, from the app at any time.

  • Only you see your files

Your photos and videos stay private. Nobody sees them, not even us, unless you ask us to.

I show face A. Because it's way easier to gain followers/likes/views/subscribers (all in the long run mean $) [...] and B. I don't have a career/reputation outside of this to protect. [...] That being said, do prepare for the possibility of people finding out even with proper precautions.

tallassgirlReddit · 4 years ago

I started showing (my real) face on Reddit and social media just over a month ago and I’ve already been recognised twice. [...] For me it was because the financial pay-off has been incredible. However, if you’re in a position where you being recognised could mean losing your career or ruining relationships, I’d strongly reconsider.

Rhubarb-WorriedReddit · 3 months ago

We originally tried to be faceless but too many people asked to see our faces and said it makes content way better.

vivthepersonReddit · 3 years ago

Initially started all promo faceless hoping I could get away with it. Personally, I couldn’t make it work and showing my face seems to be the big money maker. [...] But to be completely honest, if you decide to show face you have to be completely okay with assuming that everyone you know could find out tomorrow.

xJanayReddit · 4 months ago

I decided to show face after deciding I didn’t care what others thought of me, in the event they found out about OF. It made promoting a lot easier and increased my views/subs.

alexiawoods11Reddit · 9 months ago

I quadrupled my earnings the month I started showing my face. People like to put a face to the name.

anlestejnmReddit · 9 months ago

Definitely more with face. Tried without face, I reached barely 1% and didn't maintain that for long. Tried a new one with face, started a few months ago and I'm 0.38% already.

MaiseysCoconut3628Reddit · 3 months ago

For me, it was the best ever decision. It gave me so much confidence and meant I took control over my content. I've taken it from for fun to full-time viable business. It's a very personal thing though, obviously.

[deleted]Reddit · 2 years ago

I switched to showing face after 10 months and it has definitely helped me grow a lot! Promotion is also a lot easier for me now too which is a huge plus. You could always do a poll on your OF page! I did one and I only had one subscriber choose the option 'I'd prefer you stay no-face, I like the mystery'.

SansaAdviceReddit · 4 months ago

[...] the best move is to just paywall face content and use it as an extra incentive to subscribe to your OnlyFans, as you've suggested. Usually it does result in a sustained increase in social media interaction to subscriber turnover. It is relative to how big your following/reach is, of course.

sommermayyReddit · 9 months ago

I think showing my face on my OnlyFans really boosted my OF. In customs, if they wanna see my face I charge extra :)

Busy-Log-5584Reddit · 1 year ago

First month without face I made $120 on OF, when I started showing my face I made $1200. Literally 10x. A month apart.

thrHOEaway666Reddit · 1 year ago

I started faceless last year, and introduced a tier showing my face in January of this year. It’s been wildly successful (more than 40% of my paying subs are at the higher tier, $24.99/mo). I still promote faceless everywhere, but the lure of seeing my face makes for great marketing.

bimarriedmale1973Reddit · 3 months ago

Face showing only in high-priced PPV sent to expired subs via DM. It’s a technique.

adviceaccount2345Reddit · 10 months ago

I was faceless for about 18 months before I began showing my eyes in a mask on OF and Reddit. I doubled my income the month I started doing that. [...] Now I am doing PPV with my full face on OF.

DickedGaysonReddit · 4 years ago

If you don't show your face, you won't make as much money. Being a disembodied, well, body, makes it harder to show your personality and to market yourself or to find ways to stand out more.

callasidyReddit · 9 months ago

Definitely make more with face and you don't have to work as hard. My income doubled once I showed face.

dashipoReddit · 5 months ago

I one day just got tired of editing my face out of everything and having to restrict my angles to not show face [...] It makes more money in the sense that it opens up the amount of different content I can make without having to waste time editing.

AirborneUnicornRVAReddit · 9 months ago

It's really much more profitable to show your face. Have been top 1-2% ever since. Was able to quit my day job in June and haven't looked back.

thrHOEaway666Reddit · 9 months ago

I started faceless and introduced a VIP tier after a year showing my face, and 100% I’ve made more money showing face. Half of my paid subs are on that tier now ($7.99 intro price faceless tier and $24.99 face tier).

Janemelb77Reddit · 2 years ago

I started faceless and did quite well but do a lot better now I show it. My advice is if you are unsure, start faceless and you can always change but can’t really go the other way as it’s impossible to delete the digital footprint.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our business and technology.

Correct. The mask is applied after you record, on our servers: a few minutes per photo, about 30 minutes per minute of video. You get a notification when it’s ready. The AI face is never live.

Yes, and it’s free. It blurs or crops your face live while you record, so nothing you shoot shows your face before the mask goes on. It keeps an unblurred original so you can mask it later.

Yes. One account, one mask per person. Pseudoface currently applies one AI mask per photo or clip, so only one face can appear in each. Most couples make a mask for whoever appears on camera and leave it at that.

One selfie per mask, so the mask matches your face shape. Your footage needs a clear view of your face for the mask to track it.

Describe it. After the selfie you tell the editor what to change in plain words (“rounder face, lighter eyes, a bit older”) and it shows you a preview. Keep going until it feels like you. Masks and edits are unlimited.

Yes, if you want it to. You describe the face you want, so it looks how you tell it to. Many creators shift things slightly to be even harder to recognise.

No, and don’t try. Verify with your real ID. The mask is for the content you publish afterwards.

Creators on Reddit consistently report two to ten times more earnings after showing a face. Read their threads above.

Make another. The editor shows a preview, and the first video tells you if it’s right. There’s no limit.

When your face is mostly hidden, the footage is very dark, or the angle is extreme. Good light and a visible face is all it needs. Also expect the mask to act a little on its own: it follows what you do, like talking, smiling or turning your head, but small expressions and their timing can come out slightly different from yours.

You do. Full commercial licence over everything you make, masked or not.

They’re encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in the EU, kept until you delete them and never shared or sold. Nobody looks at your files unless you ask us to fix something in them. Read the full privacy policy.

No. Every mask costs real GPU time, which is why everything on this page is shown before you pay. If your first mask doesn’t come out right, email me and I’ll look at it with you. pablo@pseudoface.com
